Quality analysis and control is part of setting up the operations, Zenexa has initiated required quality audits and security controls in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
Quality Audits: Accuracy of Claim must be good in order to get Payment in timely manner. If the information on claim is not correct then insurance may easily deny the claim. It has been observed that most of the denials / rejections occur due to such clerical errors in claims. To avoid this we follow a strong Quality Audits.
Zenexa follows two way quality Audit check on all the billing work.

Level1 Audit : Self Audit – once the biller is done by entering charges he do have to pass through a process of self audit. He will check each details of all claims like Date of services, CPT’s, Diagnosis coding , and make sure the information is entered in a correct manner.

Level2 Audit: QC Audit – In this audit a senior client Executive pull a random samples and do check all the information mentioned above. He does this error checking and send those reporting to the Account Managers.

Patients Scheduling & Answering (Handling Patients Call)

We do provide Call center facility as a special service to our providers if they needed. This department handles all the patient related calls.
The calls can be related to Scheduling. Our staff will assist them regarding scheduling concerns, availability of provider on particular location, fixing their appointment on particular time and date as per slot.
Even the patients may have any other questions related their statements, balance then our team can also support this.

Payment Posting

Patient Balance Analysis and Statements

Getting payment from patients is a tremendous task for provider’s office. So we have a set process for the same. First we check patient balances are accurate and updated.
For that we make sure all payment posting including patient payments are posted So balance will be updated.
Then we share that list to provider just for their review.
After that team start sending statements to patients. This will be repeated every month.Then we share that list to provider just for their review.
